Predictably much quieter today under sunny skies, but six Yellow-browed Warblers are in the general area (Country Park and Parish Wood), although rarely did any show well; a Long-tailed Skua, two Sooty Shearwaters and a Velvet Scoter flew north this morning, and 50 Song Thrushes, ten Bramblings, three Willow Warblers, four Redwings, 40+ Skylarks and plenty of finches and Meaow Pipits went over.

A Slavonian Grebe was with 140 Common Scoters off Reighton (KC), and several groups of Pink-footed Geese headed south, totaling 310 for the day.
