Mild, murky conditions and a light south-easterly overnight delivered a Red-breasted Flycatcher into the ringer’s nets in the Top Scrub this morning (LM, CH et al), but the bird wasn’t seen before or after. Otherwise a Yellow-browed Warbler at Parish Wood (CW) was possibly yesterday afternoon’s bird relocating nearby; other migrants were at a premium, although a confused Marsh Harrier toured the Country Park in this afternoon’s fog.
