Two Red-necked Grebes north were the pick of a fairly uneventful seawatch this morning, and the land was also quiet but for a strong passage of Meadow Pipits (at least 450 were counted between 0900-1130).

The Dams continues to host a good variety of common waders (although no sign of the Little Stint today), and ducks there included a moulting drake Pintail, 158 Mallards and four Wigeon.
