Evening update: A Cory’s Shearwater ambled north at 1820 (MJP) as well as five Sooty and 75 Manx Shearwaters; four Minke Whales were also present off the Brigg.

Update for the last few days: A generally quiet period, with the highlights being a Curlew Sandpiper around the Brigg on the 10th, a Black Tern likewise on the 11th and occasional Sooty Shearwaters now passing on sea-watches. One or two Minke Whales continue their presence to the north of the Brigg.
